Inaugural October 11 event at Ridglea Theater will feature K104’s Lil D Porter, live performances, artist networking, and a live Hustle + Motivate podcast conversation.

FORT WORTH, Texas — September 8, 2026 — Creative Minds Society Music Group (CMSMG), a Fort Worth-based independent record company, will launch Creative Sessions, a new live music and industry networking experience created to connect independent artists, music professionals and supporters of the DFW creative community.

The inaugural Creative Sessions will take place Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Ridglea Theater in Fort Worth and will feature K104’s Lil D Porter as the evening’s special industry guest.

Designed as more than a traditional open mic, Creative Sessions combines live performances, networking, industry conversation and media opportunities in an intimate environment where emerging artists can build meaningful connections while showcasing their talent.

“Independent artists need more than a stage,” said Sade Stunstle, President and Founder of Creative Minds Society Music Group. “They need opportunities to build relationships, learn from people who understand the industry and get their music and brand in front of new audiences. We created Creative Sessions to help provide that space right here in DFW.”

The evening will include a live edition of Hustle + Motivate, CMSMG’s music and motivational podcast, featuring a conversation with Lil D Porter about the entertainment industry, career growth and the realities artists face while building their brands.

Guests will also experience a networking mixer and live performances, while participating artists will have opportunities to connect with fellow creatives and music professionals.

Creative Sessions represents a larger effort by CMSMG to strengthen the infrastructure available to independent artists in Dallas-Fort Worth and create opportunities locally for artists who are serious about developing their careers.

“We want artists to know they don’t always have to look outside of DFW for meaningful opportunities,” Stunstle said. “There is incredible talent here. Our goal is to help create the rooms, relationships and experiences that allow that talent to grow.”

The October event is 21+ and capacity is intentionally limited to create a more personal networking and live-music experience.
